Do I really need LPG training?

Yes. Proper training ensures the best possible results, which leads to client referrals and increased profits. All authorized LPG trainers are certified by the top training managers in France, and master the latest techniques and protocols. LPG trainers have years of experience in the spa and healthcare industries, and are committed to your success.

How long are the training courses?

Trainings are between 1-4 days (depending on your machine model), from 9:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please refer to the “Training Options” tab for details. Note: Please do NOT book early flights out on the last day of training. We understand your need to return to your business, and therefore have designed intensive trainings to maximize your learning in the shortest time possible. We cannot certify you if you do not complete the course.

What are the costs involved in training?

New machine purchases include free training for 2 people. In addition, LPG will provide hotel accommodation which includes breakfast and transportation to and from the airport.
For all other trainings, please see the “Training Options” tab for details. LPG only provides hotel accommodation and cash back on flights for new machine purchase trainings. We have discounted corporate hotel rates (see below) and we provide a light breakfast and lunch for all trainees.

Which airport do I fly into?

Pierre Elliot Trudeau in Dorval, about 10 minutes (or more with traffic) from our training facility.

Are meals provided?

Breakfast is included at the Hotel. You may bring your own food items if you wish.

Is there a minimum requirement of trainees to attend a course?

A minimum of 2 people is required. Hands-on practical time is an important component of the course and trainees will practice on each other. We recommend that at least 2 people from the same practice/office attend together.

What do I need to wear/bring?

Please dress comfortably. You may want to bring a sweater in case you get cold from air-conditioning. We provide training manuals, Endermowear, and all other training materials. If you have any special requirements, please notify us in advance at 1 877 585 3116.

Are cell phones allowed in training?

Cell phone use is restricted during training as it is disruptive. Phones may be used during breaks, and in emergencies.

Do you provide onsite training?

Yes. Please refer to the “Training Options” tab for details. We do have requirements for onsite trainings. There is a minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 people to be trained per machine. This is to ensure sufficient hands-on practice. All trainees must be present for the duration of the training. They cannot be leaving the training to answer phones, provide client services, or attend to other business. We cannot certify trainees who do not attend the entire course.

I bought my machine through a broker other than LPG and was not aware that certified training is available. What do I do?

Contact LPG at 1 877 585 3116 to discuss your need to obtain a licensing agreement from us. Without it, it is illegal for you to use our logos, trademarks, copyrights, etc. in any way. Once you have obtained this, you have access to receiving authorized training, as well as technical support, marketing support, and consumables.
Proper authorized training will ensure you are getting the best results with your clients, and will increase your profit margin. We are committed to your success.
