First of all, there is a direct impact after just one training session on immediate fat consumption. Furthermore, after 24 sessions the subjects lost 3 cm around the waist and 10% of fat*. Simultaneously, they put on 2 kg of muscular mass and improved their economy of movement. First of all, I was impressed by the menus and the remote control which enables us to intervene at any moment without stopping the machine. Additionally, it’s possible to realize dynamic contractions on arm strengths. And finally, the components of strengths are a great idea! We will be able to impose moments of optimum strengths by directly controlling the biomechanics of movement.
