professionalism. You displayed both with a very high regard. As you
know, the treatment head of our Keymodule 1 stopped working on this past
Monday, and when that machine goes down, I lose a good amount of money.
The fact that you were able to have it fixed by the next day was
absolutely spectacular and saved me a bunch of money, plus it didn't
cost nearly as much as other companies I've talked to. Your service was
far above and beyond what I've come to expect from other companies that
are in your industry, and now you have a customer for life.
